For the product

Angeles Molina only sells products of the highest quality. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 10 days from the date of receipt to request a refund of the amount paid, or for the product to be exchanged, which will be carried out automatically.

For the weight

The variations that occur in the weight of our products will always be in favour of our customers, as the price of the pieces is calculated according to their minimum weight.

Treatment of personal data

As well as using maximum security measures to guarantee your purchases, Angeles Molina treats your personal data with the utmost regard, and does not pass it on to third parties.

Invoice

All operations carried out by Angeles Molina are backed up a corresponding invoice.

Security

Angeles Molina uses maximum security measures to guarantee client confidentiality in all communications.

The transactional operations work on a server using the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer), which is activated whenever the client provides data about their credit/debit card.

The secure server establishes a connection in such a way that the information is encoded using 128-bit algorithms, ensuring that it will only be intelligible to the client's computer and the bank's server; in this way, the SSL protocol guarantees:

That the data is encoded when travelling between the client and the CECA server centre, preventing possible readings or manipulations by third parties.

By an indication in your browser programme, which will display a whole key (rather than a broken one, in a non-secure server) or a closed lock (rather than open, on any other non-secure server), in one of the bottom corners of the screen.

Privacy

The trust you place in Angeles Molina by providing us with your data is corresponded with the utmost confidentiality.

The Angeles Molina website does not automatically recognise any data referring to the identity of the visitors to its site. Only when the user requests information on our products or makes a purchase from our online store is personal data gathered, as it is needed to deal with these requests.

All this data is treated with absolute confidentiality, and is not accessible by third parties for any other purpose than that requested by the customer. Any consultation or comment to do with your access rights, cancellation, rectification or opposition as recognised by Law no. 15/99 LOPD, should be sent to:

Invoice

When the process is completed satisfactorily, a screen appears in the form of an invoice, which you can print out and keep as a provisional receipt, and use to check your order when it is delivered. Your package will come with the original purchase invoice, which in the case of the delivery address being other than the buyer's, will be sent in a separate envelope to the purchaser.

Discounts

The discounts granted by Angeles Molina depend on how much in advance orders are placed. All orders placed for delivery over 40 days from the original order date will receive a 2% discount off the total price. The amount will be charged at the time of placing the order, however.

Personalised treatment

Upon receiving your order, the person in charge of preparing and sending your order will contact you by e-mail to inform you of the order and the date you will receive the products. Our staff member will provide you with their name, e-mail address and mobile phone number, should you wish to receive more information on your order.

Credit Card

The most comfortable form to pay its purchases is by means of credit card. The accepted cards at the moment by Angeles Molina are: VISA, Mastercard and 4B. As “Security” is described in the section, Molina Angels count on a safe footbridge of payments, reason why the data of their card travel encriptados by Internet and they are only visualized by the Bank that is in charge to make the note in its current account and ours. No personnel of Molina Angels has access to the data of its card.

Bank transfer

You have to pay for your order by bank transfer to the account
IBAN ES28 2013 1559 96 0200366329. As we need to have a record that the transaction has been made. For this reason it is always a good idea to fax us a copy of the transfer or, at the very least, an e-mail indicating your name and the date the transfer was made. Once this information has been checked with our bank, your order will be sent promptly.

Transit

Your Angeles Molina products are specially packed to guarantee their conservation during transit. The transport agency we use for European Union is ChronoExpress. If you want to use another agency please contact with us (info@angelesmolina.com). You will receive your order in a maximum time of 72 hours for Spain and 8-9 days for the rest of the European Union from when you placed the order, unless you indicate a specific date for it to be delivered.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary according to the total weight, the amount of the order and the country where the order is sent . These charges are calculated by weight and by country, whose prices you can see in our virtual store once you choose the products that you want to buy.

Special packages

At certain times of the year, or to celebrate special occasions, our clients order products packed with a particular presentation. Angeles Molina is happy to deal with these requests, combining the desired products with a suitable packaging, which is then sent on to the client. To request special packaging, please contact us, indicate the products you are interested in and the address where they are to be sent.
